Phase 1: Design Concept ​

Once we’ve agreed to take the leap, we usually start with a site visit. We’ll need to discuss your individual circumstances in order to make this as safe as possible – it may be that we can do this by video call. However we decide to approach this stage, you can be assured that you will be fully consulted and that all health and safety precautions will be considered. Our talented designers then formulate a concept for each room to address space planning, furniture layout and specifications for decorative finishes, flooring, window treatments, furniture, lighting and accessories. You will then be given concept boards, floor plans, 3D visuals, samples (where applicable) and an estimate for the proposed works. Your designer will talk you through each detail to ensure we’ve captured all practicalities and constraints.

Phase 2: Design Development

Following your feedback from the previous stage, designs are developed and refined, with every detail considered. This involves liaising with our trusted trades and skilled craftsmen, site visits to confirm measurements, additional sourcing, creating an implementation plan and confirming estimates. Any of our team or trades people who enter your home throughout this process will be fully compliant with hygiene and Social Distancing standards.

Phase 3: Implementation

We will take care of the implementation of your designs from start to finish, including the supply of goods, trades, delivery and installation.
